Floral Heaven at Dream Point Ranch

Machelle & Lance · Dream Point Ranch · Partial Planning · Photography: Emily Steward Photography

Machelle & Lance had their date and a venue — and then the venue double-booked their date. Between that blow and two demanding work schedules, the planning had barely gotten off the ground when they called me. That's exactly what Partial Planning is for: they kept the decisions that mattered to them, and I got their wedding moving again. Their celebration landed at Dream Point Ranch — and looking at these photos, it's hard to imagine it anywhere else.

Machelle & Lance wanted soft, romantic, and warm — peach and ivory roses, gold accents, candlelight — and Dream Point Ranch's bright white hall gave the colors room to glow. Blackwell Blooms built arrangements that belonged in a painting, and the whole day felt like golden hour, indoors and out.

And then there's my favorite detail, the one that tells you who Machelle is: when the dancing started, the heels came off and the sneakers went on. A bride who can be elegant at the altar and comfortable on the dance floor is a bride who actually enjoyed her wedding. That's always the goal.

Planning a Dream Point Ranch wedding?

Dream Point Ranch is one of the most-loved venues in the Tulsa area. And if your planning has already hit a bump — a double-booked venue, a work schedule that won't quit — that's not a disaster. That's exactly when a planner earns her keep. I'd love to hear where you are in the process and what you need off your plate.

I respond to all inquiries within 48 hours.
