Planning a wedding comes with a hundred questions. Here are the ones couples ask me most — answered the same way I'd answer you on a call. Anything else on your mind, just ask.
Booking & Cost
How much does a wedding planner cost in Tulsa?
It depends on how much support you want. My Wedding Day Management starts at $1,500, Partial Planning ("Invisible Strings") starts at $2,500, and Full Planning & Design starts at $6,000. Every package is built on 20+ years of experience and more than 500 weddings — and if you'd like to see how the numbers break down, my wedding planner cost page walks through it.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Every package can be split into payments, so you can book the support you need now and pay over time as your wedding draws near.
What if we book one package and realize we need more help?
Then we upgrade — it happens all the time, and it's never a problem. You can move to a higher level of support whenever you need it, and everything you've already paid applies.
How do we book our date?
Start with the Check Your Date button — tell me your date and a few details, and we'll set up a free 20-minute call. If we're a good fit, a signed agreement and retainer hold your date, and planning begins.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have your date and venue, really. Popular Tulsa dates go early — my 2027 calendar is already filling — and earlier booking means more of your planning happens with support instead of stress.
What areas do you serve?
Tulsa and Northeast Oklahoma — including Jenks, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Claremore, Sperry, and Sand Springs. If your venue is a little further out, ask me; I love a road trip for the right wedding.
Working Together
How will communication work during the wedding management package?
More than you might expect! We'll start with a kickoff call, connect again 6–8 weeks before the wedding, and stay in touch throughout the planning process so you always feel supported.
Do you coordinate the rehearsal?
Yes! I'll guide your wedding party, organize the processional, answer questions, and make sure everyone knows exactly where to be and when.
When do you arrive on the wedding day?
I'll be onsite for up to 10 hours, starting with the final touches before guests arrive and staying through your grand exit.
What exactly do you do on the wedding day?
I manage timelines, communicate with vendors as your main point of contact, oversee setup, cue important moments, solve unexpected issues, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Can we keep communication simple and mostly text-based?
Absolutely. I'll keep things clear and organized so you always know what's happening without feeling overwhelmed.
How will you keep everything organized and on schedule?
I'll keep communication clear, build the timeline, coordinate with vendors, and handle the behind-the-scenes details so everything stays on track.
Still wondering something?
The fastest way to get your answer — and find out if your date is open — is a quick call. No pressure, no sales pitch.
