When They Walked In, Everything Was in Order

Some weddings happen in one place. Jenna & Brent's happened all over Tulsa — happily, and entirely on purpose. A Nuptial Mass at Holy Family Cathedral. Portraits at the Philbrook. A wedding-party tour of their favorite corners of the city. And a reception waiting across downtown at The Tulsa Club. A day in that many places needs someone holding each one — and the reception had the biggest job of all, because while the couple was at the cathedral, the entire party was being built across town.

That's exactly why they chose wedding day management. Jenna & Brent wanted a person stationed at The Tulsa Club — greeting every vendor as they arrived, answering every question on the spot, keeping the whole setup moving — so nothing about their reception depended on a bride who was, at that moment, saying her vows across town. While the Mass unfolded under Holy Family's red-and-gold arches, emerald linens and hot-pink napkins went down table by table, coral and fuchsia blooms filled the room, and a suspended garden of flowers rose over the head table.

And the couple? They were having the time of their lives. After the ceremony, the party piled in and did Tulsa their way — a stop with the Blue Whale, a waffle at Waffle House, portraits in Philbrook's gardens. Their details card had read "The Finer Details of Our Joyful Day," and joyful is exactly what it was — right down to the jukebox.

Then came the moment the whole plan was for. Jenna & Brent arrived at The Tulsa Club and walked in for their room reveal — and everything was in order. Every vendor greeted, every question already answered, every table exactly where it belonged. There was nothing left to check, fix, or wonder about. All that was left to do was celebrate — and with a live band, a mirrored disco-ball dancer, and a dance floor that ended in a confetti dip, celebrate is precisely what they did.

The Night Before, at Home

The weekend began the night before, at home — Jenna's mom, Kimberly, hosted the rehearsal dinner, and she thought of everything: red-checked linens, family details everywhere, and a table full of love and Italian food. A home rehearsal dinner has a way of slipping joyfully into the wee hours, so the couple added rehearsal dinner support to their package — someone to keep the evening moving kindly along, so the hosts could actually be hosts, and everyone could get some sleep before the big day.
